Paula works at WRHU Radio Hofstra University where  she hosts and Produces “Calliopes Corner: The Place Where Poets and Songwriters Meet”.   Paula loves facilitating youth development workshops; that is why she volunteers on the Nassau County’s Human Rights Commission’s youth conference committee. Paula received a March of Dimes Golden Apple Award in 2006 for her work in education. She is our 2010 School Counselor of the year and  has also been acknowledged, for her journalism, by the Press Club of Long Island.
