Fall College Expo at SUNY Old Westbury

Picture it…a college gymnasium packed neatly but fully with over 200 colleges, universities and other post-secondary programs at the fingertips of students and families throughout the island and beyond.  In the midst of the crowd of over 2,000 throughout the 3 hour event, counselors and other volunteers wander in search of any guests having questions or just needing a word of confidence that this seemingly overwhelming process is one that they will not endure alone.  Guests leave with bags full of information and smiles as they realize that life after high school just may be possible.
