Greetings from the President

Greetings!

On behalf of the Nassau Counselors’ Association (NCA), I welcome you to our website.  NCA is committed to meeting the needs of individuals who work in the counseling profession.  Our association has a very strong membership of dedicated professionals.  I hope that you will continue to support NCA with your membership, involvement in our programs and by joining one of our many committees.

Over the next few years we will continue to improve our use of technology.  This year we will be implementing a fully automated online membership system and hope to introduce online event registration and a digital membership directory.  We will also continue to offer our NewsCAster electronically.

If you are interested in getting more involved, please feel free to check out the following link www.nassaucounselors.org/involved  to see a list of our committees.  If you have been involved with NCA I hope you will continue to contribute to our association’s success, and if you have not been involved now is the time!  If you have yet to join us, I would welcome you as a member of NCA.

I would like to thank the Executive Board for all their hard work in planning this year’s programs.  I hope that everyone has a very happy and healthy school year.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.
